Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all individuals who apply for registration as a “Chikitsayam Kiosk Operator / Chikitsayam Margdarshan Kendra” under Chikitsayam Manav Seva Sansthan and its associated healthcare projects.

By registering on the portal and accepting these Terms & Conditions, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the provisions mentioned below.

1. Registration & Information Submission

• The applicant must complete self-registration on the official Chikitsayam portal.
• All personal, contact, and business details provided must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
• The kiosk operator must provide the exact location (Latitude & Longitude) of the kiosk.
• The following photographs must be uploaded clearly:
  • Computer/Laptop and Printer
  • Lamination Machine
  • Complete Shop/Kiosk Front View

2. Registration Fee

• A one-time registration fee of ₹750 (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty Only) is mandatory.
• This fee is charged towards digital onboarding, technical processing, profile creation, verification, and system access.
• The registration fee is strictly Non-Refundable under any circumstances.

3. Verification Process

• All kiosk registrations are subject to internal verification by Chikitsayam.
• The kiosk shall remain unverified until all submitted details, documents, photographs, and location data are found correct.
• Chikitsayam reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional information without assigning any reason.

4. Authorized Signboard Requirement

• After successful verification, the kiosk operator must display an “Authorized Chikitsayam Kiosk Operator / Margdarshan Kendra” signboard.
• The signboard design and content shall be as prescribed by Chikitsayam.
• Failure to display the authorized signboard may result in suspension or cancellation of registration.

5. Scope of Work of Kiosk Operator

• Registration and issuance of Health Guidance / Health Card to individuals.
• Booking hospital and diagnostic appointments through the Chikitsayam portal.
• Guiding patients by suggesting hospitals generated automatically by the portal system.
• Facilitating applications for vacancies announced by Chikitsayam from time to time.
• Assisting candidates in application submission, examination process, and procedural guidance.

6. Fees, Charges & Referral Benefits

• Service charges collected from patients or candidates shall be as defined by the project.
• The kiosk operator may receive referral-based incentives as decided by Chikitsayam.
• Referral benefits are project-based and subject to change.

7. Medical Disclaimer

• The kiosk operator is NOT a medical practitioner.
• The operator shall not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescribe medicines.
• Hospital recommendations are generated automatically by the Chikitsayam system.
• All medical decisions shall be solely taken by qualified doctors and hospitals.

8. Vacancy & Project-Based Activities

• Chikitsayam may launch multiple healthcare, employment, and social projects from time to time.
• Kiosk operators may assist candidates in such projects; however, selection or employment is not guaranteed.

9. Conduct, Misuse & Cancellation

• Any false information, misuse of portal, unethical conduct, or violation of rules may lead to immediate termination of registration.
• In such cases, no refund, compensation, or claim shall be entertained.

10. Modification of Terms

• Chikitsayam reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updated terms shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website.

11. Final Declaration

I hereby declare that the information provided by me is true and correct. I have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions and undertake to abide by them.
