Third-Party Ambulance Coordination: We coordinate authorized ambulance providers for timely transport (we do not operate ambulances ourselves).

How We Work (Operating Model)
Intake & Triage: Swasthya Mitra/helpline/website collects essential details (with consent).
Document Readiness: Guidance on IDs, scheme eligibility, and referral prerequisites.
Verified Referral: Match to accredited hospitals based on need, location, and availability.
Transport Coordination (Third-Party): Arrange authorized ambulances when required.
Admission & Follow-Through: Track progress and capture feedback for quality improvement.
Governance, Compliance & Safety
Corporate & Quality: MCA-registered; DPIIT-recognized startup; ISO 9001:2015 (QMS).
RBI-Regulated Payments: UPI/cards/net-banking via Payment Gateways; no storage of full card data or CVV; PCI-DSS handled by PG.
GST Status: Our services are presently GST non-applicable/exempt; if law changes, we will comply and update invoices/policies.
Data Protection: Privacy by design; explicit consent for sensitive data; data primarily stored/processed in India; breach handling and grievance process in place.
