We do not offer any service outside India. Your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India.   • Hospitals, patients, Swasthya Mitras, and associates who interact with us.

  • Information collected online (website/app) and offline (health camps, field surveys, awareness drives, patient transport coordination).

It does not apply to third-party websites/services not controlled by us. Please review third-party policies independently.


2) Digital Services Only (No Shipping of Physical Goods)

We provide digital services only. We do not sell physical goods, and therefore no shipping/delivery policy applies. Any references to delivery relate only to activation/enablement of digital services or facilitation workflows.


3) Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

a) Personal Information

  • Full name, date of birth/age, gender

  • Mobile number, email address, residential address

  • Valid ID details (e.g., Aadhaar/other ID) for verification/eSign (where required by law or opted-in)

  • Health-related information provided for service facilitation (e.g., referrals, scheme eligibility, camp records)

  • Hospitalization/transport details (if availing coordination assistance)

  • Emergency contact details

b) Sensitive Personal Data (with explicit consent only)

  • Payment instrument metadata processed via Payment Gateway (we do not store full card data/CVV)

  • Biometric or face/physiological data only if you opt-in for a specific feature and only as per applicable law

c) Non-Personal/Technical Information

  • Browser type, IP address, device identifiers

  • Cookies/usage data, analytics, and approximate location (subject to consent)

d) Transaction & Interaction Data

  • Transaction attempts/status with Payment Gateway/banks

  • Interactions through our Platform, helplines, emails, and Swasthya Mitras

  • Through Swasthya Mitra field interactions, health camps/awareness drives

5) Why We Process Your Information (Purposes)

  • To provide and improve our healthcare facilitation and digital services

  • To assist with Ayushman Bharat and other government schemes where applicable

  • To verify identity, enable eSign, process payments, and authenticate access

  • To schedule/coordinate patient transportation through authorized third parties

  • To personalize services and send essential updates/health advisories

  • To detect/prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, and resolve disputes

  • To comply with legal/regulatory requirements and enforce our Terms of Use

We collect/process only what is necessary for these purposes.


6) Legal Bases (Indian Law & Best Practices)

  • Consent (including explicit consent for sensitive data)

  • Performance of a contract/service you request

  • Legal obligation (e.g., record-keeping, KYC/AML, regulatory reporting)

  • Payment Gateway/Banks (RBI-regulated) to process transactions (we do not store card/CVV)

  • Affiliates/group entities (they may market to you only if you have not opted-out)

  • Successors/assignees in case of corporate restructuring, with continued safeguards


8) Payment Processing & PCI-DSS

Online payments are processed by RBI-regulated Payment Gateways (e.g., UPI/cards/net-banking). We do not store full card numbers or CVVs; PCI-DSS compliance is maintained by the Payment Gateway. Refunds (if applicable) are issued back to the original payment source.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including:

  • OTP/e-authentication flows (where applicable)
    Despite safeguards, no method is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and devices.


10) Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law (e.g., audit, tax, dispute resolution).
When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize data. You may request account deletion via Platform settings or by writing to us (see Contact & Grievance). Deletion may be deferred if there are pending services/disputes/legal obligations. We may retain anonymized data for research/analytics.
